Wedding Photo taken in Spehari, Croatia

The large group wedding photo with no names, has Vid and his wife, Barbara Tomasic Spehar, seated on the left side. The bride is one of their daughters. Also the girl standing behind, and between Barbara and Vid Spehar, (with flowers in her hair) may be another daughter, named Kata Spehar. Kata is married and lives in Canada. The wedding is in town of Spehari, groom from place Duga Gora, he died. (The last sentence was the best I could get from the translation of Croatian into English. The older couple who gave us the most help with these photos, spoke only Croatian, and Ana Ivankovic translated for us. But the lady talked so fast, and didn't give Ana much of a chance to translate a large amount of information. From Paula Verne's letter to Barbara Mogush on April 28, 2002.
