Born: Dec. 1, 1874 (not confirmed) Washington County, PA (also not confirmed)
Married to: Clara Xenia Willard June 20, 1900 in Ada, Ohio
Died: August 16, 1962 in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio

Cannot confirm his exact birth date - somewhere between 1872 and 1874 in PA. In a letter written long ago he claims that his mother's name was Sarah Irey. It is believed that Sarah Irey that married Thomas Barnes in East Finley, Washington County, PA. Another last name for him as a child (from confusing census records) could be Lee Dixon (Dickson). Sarah Irey was daughter of John and Jennie "Jen" McCoy.

Photo taken before 1909 in Columbus, OH showing employees of the Seagrave Fire Engine Manufacturing Plant on truck.

All are unidentified except man standing alone in center. He is my grandfather, Charles Frederick Kieser, born Delaware, OH, 1879; died Orlando, FL, 1919. He was superintendent of the plant.

The Kieser family moved to FL in 1909.

The back of the photo says "Shadrack Studio", 2350 Summit St., Columbus, OH, #197. I think the #197 is the proof number. They may have some connection to the Miller family of Delaware Co., OH. The submitter has no further info no these girls.

Tim Smith mother's name was Leota. Leota was a friend of the my grandmother's from either the Columbus or Delaware, OH area.
