If this is a postcard, you can check to see if the back is divided or undivided. Undivided postcards are from before 1907, divided are from 1907 and later. I can't see too clearly here, but the woman's clothing seems to be from about 1912. Here are the best resources for clothing of this period, in my experience: "Everyday Fashions, 1909-1920, As Pictured in Sears Catalogs" by JoAnne Olian and "Victorian and Edwardian Fashions from ‘La Mode Illustree’" by JoAnne Olian.
