Dr. Almon Hawley Home, Jefferson, Ohio

Home of Dr. Almon Hawley (1801-1876) and his wife Sophronia Marsh (1815-1878), from 1828 until his death in 1876. It stands at what is today 78 E. Jefferson St., Jefferson, Ohio. The house was built in the 1820s by Dr. Hawley's father, Timothy Ruggles Hawley (1771-1828).
