Elijah Baty Reeves, b: 1845 in Greene Co., OH and d: 1927 in Greene Co., OH.

Elijah served in the Civil War in Co. F of the 154th Ohio Voluntary Infantry as Corporal. He entered at the age of 19 yrs. for 100 days. Mustered out in Sept 1864. 154th composed of 23rd Battalion Ohio National Guard National Guard from Madison Co., OH and the 60th Battalion from Greene Co., OH--Co. F. He spent most of his time at Piedmont, VA. Elijah received a pension in 1912 of $15.00 per month. He married Amy McDaniel in Greene Co., OH and both are buried at Dunn's Chapel Cemetery, Highland Co., OH.
