Charles Lytle II

Charles Lytle was born in 1837, and died in 1922, a son of Sampson and Catherine Morrison Lytle.

He married Rebecca Hall and both are buried in Johnsons Chapel Cemetery. Their marriage was after he returned from three years service in the Civil War as a Private in Company "K", 85th Regiment. His service started with the siege of Ft Sumter, Charleston, SC. One of her letters and a lock of her hair is part of the records from Gene's mother's files.
