James Paul Harbin (b 1896 d 1962 son of James Samuel Harbin), when he was young and a group of other folks. His wife, Esther Irene Miller Harbin (b 1899 d 1973), is not recognized in the photograph, so this photo was probably taken before they were married in 1916. The family lived in Oconee Co., SC.
I believe that my great grandfather James Samuel Harbin (b 1869 d 1945) and his wife Mary Etta Sanders Harbin (b 1872 d 1955) are also in the photograph but I am not exactly sure which ones they are. My great great grandfather, Harrison Matthew Harbin (b 1844 d 1911), had 8 children. This is probably a photo of a get-together of that family.
Identified in the photograph:
James Paul Harbin, back row, third from left,
Charles Marion Harbin (b 1898 d 1976 son of James Samuel Harbin).
From other photos of James Samuel Harbin and his brothers when they are older, it's possible that the gentlemen on the 2nd row from top, are brothers of James Samuel Harbin and children of Harrison Matthew Harbin. (Unknown which is which.)
