Eighteen men from Sheffield Township, Warren County, or nearby and had their picture taken in a group at Camp Lee, during World War I.

Frederick William Patchen was born 3 Feb 1901 and died 21 April 1922. He married Alice Bines and fathered two sons, Frederick Edward Patchen and Robert Wayne Patchen Sr.
