Jones and Newton General Store located on Honoye Street in Shinglehouse, PA

"This is the Loren O. Prince General Store. In later years the store was know as Jones and Newon. The building stood for almost 150 years before being torn down. A door on the back of the building was dented by throwing a baseball against it. The local believe it was done by Fielder Jones, who later played [and managed] the Chicago White Sox." [He led them to the 1906 World Series Victory against the highly favored Chicago Cubs.]
