From the style of her clothing, this is a few years before she was married. See "Victorian and Edwardian Fashions from ‘La Mode Illustree’" by JoAnne Olian and "Everyday Fashions, 1909-1920, As Pictured in Sears Catalogs" by JoAnne Olian for the clothing of this period. I'm not very familiar with the clothing of this period, so all I can tell you is that is from abou 1909-12, though you could probably date it better using those books.
