On the back it says "Weltha May Wendt 3 month old at the time this was taken".</p> <p>This seems to be Weltha May Wendt (1920-2010) born in Independence, Macon, Missouri. Parents William Albert Wendt and Mabel Irene Post. She later married Gerald W. Mills, Herman Roecker, and John McGregor.
