This might be Center County - in the neighborhood of Osceola Mills.

Ray Mayhue and unknown woman. No relation to me - fell out of an old scrapbook of my great aunt's (Iona Kephart). Ray Mayhue is listed in the Sanborn cemetery b. 1910, d. 1968, no obvious spouse in that listing. Based on those dates, this must be ca 1930, but that's just a guess.

Thomas Dixon Forsyth, right, immigrated to Center County, PA, and later settled in Clearfield, Clearfield County, PA.

He married Charlotte Couperthwaite, and they became the parents of 15 children. The two boys, at left, are believed to be two of his sons.

Charlotte Love Couperwaite married Thomas Dixon Forsyth. Agnes Forsyth was their oldest daughter.

The family is from Clearfield and Centre Counties, PA.

Thomas C. Clark, born 20 May 1828 in Bellafonte, Centre Co., PA, and died 28 Mar 1911 in Sistervillle, Tyler Co., WV. She was the son of James Clark (born 9 Dec 1787, died 18 Aug 1868) and Mary Meichtley/Bickley Clark (born 17 Feb 1804, died 29 Mar 1887). James Clark was married second to Rhuanna Clark.

He was a farmer and teamster.

He married Leah Boyer in 1847 in Clarion Co., PA. She was born 17 Nov 1829 in Union Co., PA and died 16 Mar 1889 in Warren Co., PA. Leah's parents were John Reinhart Boyer and Anna Maria Shambach.
