Clare Paul Hilliard, b. January 25, 1885, Memphis, TN, d. June 1, 1943, Pittsburgh, PA, son of Charles D. Hilliard and Regina Armstrong, m. Margaret Mary Glover, August 20, 1913.

Photo taken at Bingham Hilliard Studio, Memphis, TN in 1886. Clare's father was one of the owners of the studio.

Rachel J. Thompson Wilson

Rachel J. Thompson was born 13 Jan 1851 in Memphis, TN to William Thompson and Mary Margaret Houseman, but, lived her entire life in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, PA, since age 3. She married Robert J. Wilson, son of James Wilson and Mary McEldowney on 13 Oct 1869. She was the mother of Mary Given Wilson, Anna E. Wilson, George A. Wilson and Emily Wilson Adams.

Rachel resided for many years at Herron and 33rd Streets and then at 519 Lloyd Street in Pittsburgh.

Rachel died 14 Jan 1938 and is buried at the Homewood Cemetery. She was the sister to George Washington Thompson, b. 1853 in Pennsylvania.

The photo was taken at Morris Photography located on Sixth Street in Pittsburgh.
