Unknown pre WWI Soldier

Likely a member of the Cline or Libengood family. From the collection of Jessie Cline Black of the Indiana/Westmoreland Co., Pa. area. This was taken during the War in the Philippines or a Texas/Mexico campaign. The rifle is a rolling block used only during the 1890s.
