1952. A class school picture with Ginette Grenier (1942-2002) who is standing on the left in the 2th row from the back.
We don't know who the other kids are.
Probably taken in or around Saint Georges de Beauce, or Montreal, Quebec, around 1930. I'm told this man is Raoul Monette, born on October 23, 1887. He is the son of Siméon Monette and Célina Guitard of Saint-Jérôme, Québec;
He was a professor in Montreal. We don't remember the exact date that he passed away, only that it was in the 1970s. The lady standing behind him is probably Raoul Monette's wife who was also a teacher. If this is her, then it's Marie Anna Nacke who Raoul married in Montreal (St-Denis parish) on August 23, 1920.
Marie Anna Nacke was born in Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce on August 7, 1852. She is the daughter of Jean Nacke and Sarah Bilodeau (sister of Jessie Bilodeau, wife of J. A. Gagnon). Marie Anna Nacke is therefore the cousin of Cecile Gagnon, wife of Gerard Roy.
Marie Anna Nacke© died in Montreal at age 64 on April 5, 19??.
Raoul Monette and Marie Anna Nacke may have had a child (Unknown date and name) but we were told the child died soon afterwards, and they never had any other children.
Unknown older couple. Probably around 1930.
Problably taken in or around Saint Georges de Beauce, Quebec Canada.
Unknown people standing at a river. Most likely it's the Chaudiere River in Saint Georges de Beauce, Quebec Canada.
Probably around 1930.
Unknown girl on tricycle. The woman is most likely her mother.
Probably around 1930 in or around Saint Georges de Beauce, Quebec.
It's possible that the boy standing in front of the toy horse is Henri Roy. The lady in front of him may be the boys' mother Cecile Gagnon (wife of Gerard Roy).
