I do believe this is my father and he was in tha Army and with the 9th Division Medical Battalion out of Ft Bragg NC and was in Europe.
He grew up in Sherrill NY and was born in Oneida NY April 22,1919.
He has since passed away June 23,2000.
I am pretty sure that this is him in the picture.
