My 1960 Mercury

When I graduated from Grosse Ile High School in Michigan my dad gave me his 1960 Mercury and bought a new Lincoln. One night I got very careless with alcohol and took it to the limit through some curves on Meridian Road on Grosse Ile. Speed and alcohol does not mix. I spent about three weeks in the hospital and have a limited use of my right hand today. I was 18 at the time and 67 now and do not drink a drop of alcohol. I was lucky then and I want to stay luckier now.
