Francis (Franklin) Lemuel Ritchey, born 20 Apr 1855, in Richland Twp., Venango Co., PA, the son of James Ritchey and Jane Ellen Bailey. He married Ellen Caroline Shirey, 25 Oct 1877, Kossuth, Clarion Co., PA.
He was the father of Edward, Mervin, Halford, & Harlan Ritchey.
Francis (Franklin) Lemuel Ritchey died 31 Jul 1945, San Luis Obispo, CA and is buried at Westminster Memorial Park, Westminster, Orange Co., CA
