James Webb

James was my Great-grandfather, born Oct. 11, 1840 in St. Cleer, Cornwall, England, son of John and Jane Barrett Webb. He was a miner. Emmigrated to PA in 1869 and moved west to mine in CO. James was married to Mary Ann Rowe who died in PA in 1878, and he died March 16, 1899 in Williamsburg, Fremont Co., CO and is buried in the Union Highland Cem., Florence, Fremont Co., CO. He was to have married 2nd to Rose Krutzer in 1887 and she died in 1898.

I have a letter he wrote to his son, my grandfather, Samuel Webb, Oct. 31,1898 and he mentions "I am sending you my likeness", so this may be the photo.
