Ferree, Violet Mignonette, youngest of eight sisters born to Jerome Dial Ferree (1840-1914) and Susan Frances Nelson (1844-1919), direct descendant of Daniel Ferree and Marie Warenbuer, French Huguenots who settled in Paradise, Lancaster County PA.
Member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Elizabeth Ross Chapter, Ottumwa, Wapello, IA. Married to Charles Fison Collisson (1875-1955).
