A Distinguished Gentleman: Back of his photo

This is the backside of the photo entitled "A Distinguished Gentleman." Apparently taken at Vandyk Studio, 41, Buckingham Palace Road, London, S. W. 1. This must have been some fancy studio as it says above that "HM the King, HRH Prince of Wales, HM Queen Mary: By Appointment." Below the address in small print is: Telephone_Victoria 7260, then NO. 56067B (I think that is the print number.) Can anyone identify this lofty looking gent?

Sir,
I have three colour photographs, signed by Van Dyk.
But the signatures on these three are not matched as signed by him with pencil. can you help me to identify, or did you have the signatures details of vandyk.
