Thornton Sigel Howard

Thornton Sigel Howard was born 4 August 1862 in Boone County, Indiana, and was the son of Israel Howard and Catherine Dwyre. He moved with his family to Polk County about 1869, graduated from law school and served as deputy treasurer of Polk County before his sudden death on 22 January 1910. He was married to Ina Arvilla Ring on 1 November 1893 in Polk County.
