Ernest Rotzien studio was in Plymouth, Indiana between 1890 and 1901, and in Argos in the 1890's. John C. and Margaret Gallagher were living in Plymouth, Marshall County, Indiana in 1900 with two adult children. John was born in 1840 in Ireland. Margaret was born in 1850 in New York. There is also a Hugh Gallagher, born in 1822 in Ireland, living near them. This photo would have to have been taken between 1890 and 1900. In 1900 John would have been 60 and Margaret 50. Hugh would have been 78. This also appears in the Stimmel Family Photo Album.
