This is undoubtedly a "Four-Generation" picture, so the woman to the right of Opal is probably her daughter and the baby the grandchild - probably a granddaughter. I am no relation, but census records around that time and in that area may help. Or, have you posted some messages/questions? Good luck - I'm from Kansas and wish I could help.
