Unknown Man - Hiram "Hi" Bevins or Floyd Young - KY, WV Area

Can anyone identify this man? My mother was told that this was Hiram "Hi" Bevins b. Feb 1875, d. 19 Dec 1936 (KY), but I have another picture of him and they do not look alike. Also, could possibly be Floyd Young b. Aug 1898, d. 05 Aug 1948 (WV) - (Married to Hiram's Daughter Pernia Catherine Bevins). Also, asked my grandpa Okie Burgess Young (Floyd's Son) and he didn't know. Please HELP!!!

It looks alot like the YOUNG family that i grew up with. Alot like Venice Young and James Young of Ky.

I have a photo of Hiram "Hi" Bevins and this photo doesn't look like him. My grandpa Albert Bevins Senior was Hi's son.

You say you have another photo of Hi Bevins. If you don't mind me asking, I would love of copy. I am willing to pay for the copy.
