Myrtle Maddox was originally from Spencer County, Kentucky. The Maddox family lived in different counties in Kentucky such as, Shelbyville, Lawrenceburg etc.
In the photo, Myrtle is holding her baby sister Dorthy Nation. Myrtle's maiden name was Nation, her parent's were Charles B. Nation and her mother was Mamie E. Jackson Nation. Myrtle's husband was William T. Maddox of Spencer County Kentucky, his parent's were Joe Maddox and Lizzie Maddox.
