Bixler Family, Unknown Man

A daguerreotype with the known Bixler family collection of images. This fine gentleman's name is unknown. The case the image is in was made by the Littlefield, Parson & Co. firm sometime between 1860 and 1865. The Bixler family lived in the 19th century in the southern end of Pennsylvania and northern Maryland; counties such as York and Adam Co. in PA and Carroll & Frederick Co. in MD.
