I bought this set from an Eastern WV Panhandle or Northern VA flea market in 2011-2012. On the back is written in old pencil: Howard Daugherty, Thurmont, Md. - Received --picture on the ---of May 1900.

There were Daugherty family members on the lower
Eastern Shore of Maryland. Can you check the back of the picture to see if the place named could be Fairmount, Md instead of Thurmont, MD. Back then the area could have been spelled with "mont" instead of "mount". thanks. Gail
