A very pretty wedding was solemnized at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F.W. McCrary of Hope Wednesday, August 20, when their daughter, Minnie, was united in marriage to Mr. Arthur Childs of North Bradley.

At high noon the bridal couple entered the parlor to the strains of the wedding march, played by Miss Gertrude Childs, sister of the groom, and took their places under an arch of smilax, goldenrold and ferns, where the ceremony was performed by Rev. Cornelius of Coleman, using the ring service. They were attended by Colond and Hazel McCrary, brother and sister of the bride, and Beatrice Secor acted as ring bearer.

The bride was beautifully gowned in white corded crepe de chene with Irish lace, and was the recipient of many beautiful gifts of silver, cut glass and linen.

Miss McCrary is a graduate of the Midland high school and Midland County Normal, class of 1908, while the groom is a prominent business man of North Bradley.

Immediately following the ceremony a four course dinner was served to the bridal party, after which Mr. and Mrs. Childs autoed to their home in North Bradley.
