I purchased this photo at a Flea Market in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The photo was made at Thibodeau Studio in Augusta, Wisconsin.

This matches to George Hydorn Mellen (1891-1957) son of Frank Hamilton Mellen (1855-1940) and Mary K. Hydorn (born 1857).
George is buried at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery
