Anderson, Helene with daughters Nancy and Kay

I believe Helene was my mother's half-brother's (Elmer Anderson's) wife. This was taken in Concord, New Hampshire on 6 April 1958. My mother was Jeanette May Clarke, possibly Jeanette May Anderson. I've been unable to locate a birth certificate for her. Any information regarding the relationship would be helpful. Thanks.
