RCA workers working on the 1st floating floor built in the pressroom of RCA in Camden, NJ in 1948. Credited for the design and building of the floor was Frank J. Duetsch of Maple Shade, NJ. He was a carpenter by trade and worked for RCA from 1940 to 1963. Frank is the man in the right front corner in the overalls and cap.
