Isaac Terwilliger, s/o Solomon and Phoebe (Kinyon) Terwilliger.
Isaac was born 6 Nov 1823 in Broome County NY and died 16 Aug 1899 in Fisher, Clarion County PA. He and his family moved to the area that became Millcreek Township, Clarion County, PA in the early 1830's when it was still Armstrong Co, PA.
He married Pricilla Jane Hindman on 24 Dec 1846 and they had 7 children.
Pricilla died in 1870, then he married Mary Margaret Ferguson in 1871. He
fought in the Civil War, and was a Corporal in Company H, 103rd PA Volunteer
Infantry.
