Samuel Delbert McCoy was born Dec 21 1856 in West Freedom, Clarion Co., PA. He is photographed here with David Issler, his great great grandson, age 2.
Samuel married Ellen Yingling about 1876 and they had seven children. He died Feb 23 1949 in Westfield, NY.
