Rising family possibly

I bought this photo along with several more from a FM vendor in Northwestern VA in early June 2011. I will call him the photo/ painting dealer to mark. " Rising House Chestertown New York August 1916 " on back. A quick search indicates Chestertown is in Warren County. I will post all this morning to the cats they fit in.
