This photograph may have been taken in the late 1890's or early 1900's. The writing on the back of the photograph says A. Pezzoni 99 Commerce Street, Brooklyn, New York. The woman in the back of the picture wearing the large black hat and glasses may be Addie Montesi, a relative of the Pezzoni family.

The woman in the white dress that is standing in the center of the photograph and holding the fan may be named Theodora. The younger woman in the white dress that is sitting on the ground in the front row, may be named Victoria.

The young gentleman on the top left corner of this picture wearing the light colored suit (he is standing behind the young man holding a hat) may be Victor Langmann, husband of Adi Montesi. Adi is the young woman dressed in black, wearing a black hat and wearing glasses. She is next to the young boy in the picture.

The A. Pezzoni that is

The A. Pezzoni that is written on the back of this photograph probably refers to Antonio Pezzoni. Uncle Tony was my great grandfather's brother. He was an artist who may have done photography work.

Family Picture

The gentleman with no hat who is standing next to the left Adi Montesi (the woman in the large, black hat) is Giovanni (John) Pezzoni, my great grandfather.
