House of Ralph T. Horning, New Philadelphia
Ralph T. Horning was youngest son of George F. and Harriet M. Perry Horning. He was born October 6, 1859 He worked as a clerk at T.K.Williams. In 1884 he purchased half interest in the business changing the name to Williams and Horning. In 1888 he sold the store to Urfer and Kinsey.On July 9, 1885 he married Eva M. Scott, who was daughter of B.P. Scott. He was one of the incorporators of The Ohio Stove Pipe Company.
