Tombstone of Valerie Vienna Lowmiller Barr. She was born June 14, 1864, in Jewett, Ohio, the daughter of Mary Ann Purviance Lowmiller and David Lowmiller. She was the mother of Mabel, Susie, Harry, Oscar, and Robert Barr and wife of John H. C. Barr. Most of her life was spent in Steubenville, Ohio until her death where she died at the home of her niece Mrs. Cody Hallenbaugh. She is buried in Union Cemetery, Steubenville, Ohio.
