Mansfield, Ohio High School 1924 Girls Basketball Team

The girls basket ball team was divided into teams, the Whigs and the Tories. They played each other and did not play any outside teams during the season.
On the teams (and probably in the photograph):
For the Whigs: Alice Mitchell - captain (probably the girl holding the W), Sowash, Haag, Ehrig, Schneider, Crawford, Bruce, Wharton, Kerns, Brown, McBride, Frye, Ackerman
For the Tories: Madaline Foss - captain (probably the girl holding the T), Antrican, Lewis, McMullen, Smith, Widders, Peppard, Kerr, Geiger, Ayres, Seemouth, Winters, Gregg, Uysor, Reiter, Tryon, Clements
