Mary Ann Purviance Lowmiller and David Lowmiller. Mary Ann was the daughter of Sarah Maxson and Dr. Thomas Harlan Purviance and David was the son of Elias Lowmiller and Eliza Hazlett. He was the proprietor of a Flour Mill and a grocer in Steubenville, Ohio for many years.
