Jesse was born Aug 22, 1897 in Everett, Bedford County, PA. He was the son of Samuel Francis Harclerode (1865-1941) and Minnie Brown Harclerode (1872-1948). He served as an Army Private in Co. B 2 ENGR TNG Regiment during World War I. Jesse died Apr 21, 1957.
