Robert Temple, his second wife Catherine Winkle Temple, and his eight children, six by his first wife Mary Jane Craig Temple, and two by his second wife.

Catherine Winkle Temple was the mother of William M. and Rachael Alice Temple. Mary Jane Craig Temple was the mother of the six other children.
