Pvt. Stuart McCoy (1873-1931), son of David McCoy and Margaret Stevenson of Hopewell Twp., Beaver County, Pa.
Photo taken in 1901. He served in the army and saw action in the Philippines during the Spanish American War, and the Boxer rebellion in China in 1900.

Stuart McCoy
This is my Grandfather. His son John David McCoy's daughter. John married Elberta P. Holmes and they produced thirteen children together. I am the youngest of the thirteen, Suetta Deborah MacKenzie. I now reside in Colorado with my husband J. Pat MacKenzie and one surviving daughter,Shannon Mellissa MacKenzie.Our son Shane Patrick MacKenzie passed away at the age of 25 on February 3, 2008.
