Tom Allen was born Oct 4, 1808 in Sadsbury Twp, Crawford Co., PA, the son of David and Jane Allen. Tom married Catherine Quigley, the daughter of John Quigley and Rosina Gevin (Chauvian) Quigley.
Tom died Oct 11, 1897 in Sadsbury Twp and is buried in the Quigley Cemetery.
