Johns son Thomas my great great grandfather, Thomas's son Adam my great grandfather and his son John is my grandfather. Please respond if you would like! I love getting to know more about family history!

I have been looking into my past and found this picture of a hartman reunion from 1938. Amazing! I am sure that these are my ancestors. My grandpa was Thomas hartman and my dad was Thomas William hartman jr. From Monongahela, Pennsylvania. I was born in washington, Pennsylvania. I now live in pensacola, Florida. Thanks again for the picture. I really appriciate it.

I am not sure if we are related or not, and this may be a longshot, however, my grandfathers name is Thomas William Hartman, and my fathers name is Thomas William Hartman Jr as well. I don't know either one of these men, though I would love to meet them. I have been trying to find my father, just so I can meet him and tell him that he has some grandchildren, and maybe get to know more about him and some of the things that happened other than my mothers side of the story. The big things that I do know about him is that he was in the Navy and the my grandparents were from Monogahela, Pennsylvania. When he was in the Navy he was based on the USS. Saratoga. If I am looking in the wrong direction then I am sorry, and if not hope that we can get a chance to talk.

Hello Chris

I sent a reply to your other message. Please reply. I'd like you to know our dad since you seem to want to.

Tiffany sorry for the late reply here; however, it was really a shock when you got a hold of me on Facebook. I am so glad that we finally had the chance to meet up, along with getting to meet our father. Now I do agree with you on wanting to know more about our family all the way around. So to everyone that reads this we should bring the family back together.

That is so funny, my birth fathers name was Thomas William Hartman Jr. as well. I have been trying to find him, but my mother will not give me any information. The only things that I know for sure was that he was in the Navy, based on the USS Saratoga, at the Jacksonville, Florida, navel base. If you are some how a family member, please feel free to get a hold of me.

Your message

Chris, I've done alot of research and I am 99% sure you are my half-brother. Your mother was married to my dad Tom before my mom met him. My mother told me your mothers name is Deborah and she never got to meet her but saw a picture of her and a red haired little boy about 6 months old before me and my brother were born.

Dad is remarried and living in pennsylvania with his third wife. I've seen him periodically throughout my life. We left Pennsylvania when I was six, I flew up to see him once when I was 10 for a month. When I was 16, I got to see him for a week. About a year ago, he came down to see me and my brother. So to be honest I don't know him too well myself.

I tried contacting you and your wife Kelli on Facebook, but have had no response so I figued I'd try replying on here. I'd love to know my half-brother. I always knew you were out there, but I never knew your name or how to begin to find you.

Hartman Family Reunion Pictures

I just started looking into my Dad's family history and looked up the Hartman family. My Dad's grandmother was Maude Hartman (Hank)
My son in law found these pictures and e-mailed them to me. What a shock to see my Great Grandmother who I knew very well but I never saw a picture of my Great Grandfather until now. I can't tell you what a thrill it is to get to know my family. My Dad didn't know a lot about his family and he past away a year and a half ago. I wish I would have started this sooner so that I could have showed him these pictures. I heard of Aunt Mame and Aunt Lottie through the years and I finally got to see them in these pictures. Thank you for posted them. I never new I had so many relatives.
