James Mayberry was the son of Albert and Rebecca Bratton Mayberry, and the brother of George, Hannah, William, Curtis, Mary Ann, Eleanor and Frank.
James married Anna Curtis; they became the parents of Elmer, Julia, Ellen, Edgar, Lois J. Martha, Ida May, Charles, and Harry.
