The back of this photo reads: Gramma Mells (Mullen) sister Alice. Also says Chicago.
Gramma Mel was: Margaret Carlow Mullen who resided all her life at 910 Fourth Street, Warren, PA. She had a sister Hannah Carlow who married Martin Shean and lived in Chicago, IL with their family. There was an Elizabeth Carlow that married a James H. Jennings and resided in Tidioute, PA.
It is believed that this picture of Alice must be another sister, although these Carlow sisters do not show up in a census together in the Warren, PA area.
