Samuel Bellman worked as a tailor for Frank and Seder's in Pittsburgh. The photo may be of Frank and Seder's or of some other clothing store in Pittsburgh.
Samuel is the man with the moustache directly in the middle of the photo (second person from left). The others are unknown.
The photo probably was taken between 1910-1920.
Samuel Bellman immigrated from Russia sometime after 1905. He was born around 1870 in Russia. He married Minnie Horwitz around 1920. They had 2 sons William and Max. Samuel died Jan. 31, 1944 in Pittsburgh.
