Homer Lowry Fulton, descendant of Joseph Reid Fulton (1810-1891), James Jackson Fulton (1780-1869) and Agnes Fulton (1750-1826), was born Sept 9, 1854 in Strattanville, PA. and died Dec 27, 1938.

He married Mary Berthinda Cussins July 4, 1882 in Clarion, PA, daughter of James Cussins and Priscilla Coleman. She was born Mar 23, 1867 in Barnett Twp., Forest County, PA, and died June 1943 in Kinzua, PA.
