From the style of the clothing, I would guess this is between about 1875 and 1877. See the book "Victorian Costume for Ladies" by Linda Setnik.
I noticed you have a submitter of images named ....PLATT....
Could these be images that she has inherited from a family member by that name? Because if so....I would like to know if any of these images are relative to House of Refuge which originated in Philadelphia....but then moved to Delaware County in 1910....girls were from all over the state....

I inherited this picture from My Mother it was in her
Grandmother Sarah Harley Dean it was in the Family Album hoping someone would reconize the couple. Sarah Harley Dean lived in Jefferson County & Clearfield County Pennsylvania and died thouth in the State of Maine. Thanks for the reponse. Marie Platt Post
